I’ve been a Vegan for over 20 years, I came across a text titled; “Mucusless Diet Healing System,” and I was done with eating meat and dairy and shit before I got half way through that short text.
I’ve “converted” a few people to Veganism, most notably with my wife who’s not the best vegan baker and cook in the world; it wasn’t that hard she was a vegitarian for years before we met. I’ve worked with so many people over the years on their conversion to Veganism, but I’m not sure I’m the one who actually convinced them to embark on the path. Usually there are a number of factors in play, from individuals to new information that motivates someone to embrace Veganism.
Here’s a link to an article that I wrote to address your final question: “Veganism Germ Seed of an African Cultural Revolution.”
