That number is highly debatable; but I would put it into the billions; especially since the Maangamizi is still ongoing and accelerating. I also count the masses of animal and plant extinctions in this total because the Maangamizi is Omnicidal, it kills more than people, than nations, it destroys ecosystems, it is currently destroying the life sustaining capacity of the earth.
So, everyday more and more human and non-human lives are added to this number; and I don’t have the math skills to calculate that number, but I would place it in the billions, and growing. If we fail to stop and reverse Maangamizi it will the tally will eventually be 100% of all complex lifeforms and ecosystems.
