yagazieemezi: Sister Angélique Namaika was honoured with the Nansen Refugee Award for helping to rebuild the lives of women who survived abductions and violence at the hands of the Lord’s Resistance Army. Many of the women in her care are rape survivors who have been shunned by their families and communities.
