On Unity.

Unity for the sake of unity is empty and worthless, we need principled unity, unity that carries benefits for holding to the unity and consequences for breaking unity.

Honest, clear, and sincere criticism is never a threat to or a betrayal of Unity. True Unity feeds of off review and refinement that comes from thorough critique.

Unity is not simply being nice, and getting along, it is a fusion of time, talents, goals, methods, and values for the purpose of achieving a common goal or to sustain a set of conditions.
