I respect his works, as far as I am familiar with them. I’m glad he spoke up for Cece McDonald because I think the larger Black community has tried to sweep Cece under the rug. I written about Cece’s situation and resistance but I don’t have the kinda reach Hill has.
I would ultimately have to call him an Integrationist though, because I don’t think his analysis and proposed solutions go far enough, but if he were Revolutionary he’d lose his mainstream outlets and exposure; he is relatively young so maybe his outlook and actions will evolve. We’ll see.
