Blonde hair evolved in Northern Europe and blue eyes evolved around the Black Sea region. These genes are native to Europe, not Africa. The Melanesians evolved blonde hair and are of African descent, but they evolved it outside of Africa, and even then it’s of an allele of TYRP1, which isn’t the case in Europeans. The only ostensibly black people with blonde/brown/ginger hair or blue/hazel/green eyes are those with some European ancestry on both sides.
